Hi, I’m Heather, a personal trainer and squash coach with a deep love for helping others unlock their full potential. My journey began in Yamba, NSW, where I grew up surrounded by the vibrant world of squash, thanks to my family’s squash center. My passion for the sport led me to compete professionally, achieving a world ranking of 112.
Beyond squash, I’ve cultivated a lifelong interest in health, fitness, and personal growth. Today, I combine these passions to offer tailored coaching and programs that inspire confidence, build strength, and promote overall well-being.

Not at all! My squash coaching sessions are designed for all skill levels. My goal is to help you improve your game while enjoying the process.
In a 1 on 1 personal training session, you’ll receive my undivided attention and guidance. We’ll begin with a warm-up, followed by a customized workout that targets your goals—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing flexibility. I’ll also provide feedback, motivation, and adjustments to ensure you’re performing each exercise safely and effectively. Every session is designed to challenge you while keeping it fun and rewarding.
